Amari takes its name and its character from the continent on the label. Triple distilled for a cleaner spirit, then built into a Gold Blend with the refined caramel note that runs right through it.

Three ways to pour it

House serves.

Neat

30 ml in a tulip or rocks glass, room temperature. The caramel comes through cleanest with nothing in the way.

Amari Highball

45 ml Amari · soda to top · long strip of orange peel. Tall glass, plenty of ice, stir once.

Gold Old Fashioned

50 ml Amari · 5 ml sugar syrup · two dashes of bitters. Stir down over one big cube, orange twist over the top.

La Santé · Sparkling Mimosa

A Mimosa is a simple thing to get wrong. Too sweet, too flat, or made with whatever orange juice was in the fridge. La Santé settles it: properly balanced, genuinely sparkling, and sealed under a cork and cage so opening it still feels like an occasion.

At 12% ABV it sits exactly where it should: light enough for a long brunch, alcoholic enough to count as a real drink. Chill it, pop it, pour it. That's the entire method.

The obvious one, and the reason it exists. One bottle covers four glasses without anybody having to mix anything.

Celebrations

Cork, cage and a real pop. It reads as champagne on the table and drinks a lot more easily.

Anything by a pool

Low ABV, high refreshment, no shaker required. Goa did most of the product testing for us.
