You must be of legal drinking age

The site promotes alcoholic beverages. You may only use it if you are of legal drinking age in the state or country where you are, and where viewing alcohol content is lawful. Confirming your age at the entrance is a promise that you are.

We don't sell alcohol online

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell alcohol, and you cannot buy our products here. Our products are sold only through licensed distributors, retailers and on-trade outlets, in the states where we hold the necessary licences and in line with each state's excise laws. Availability, prices and product details vary by state and may change without notice.

Information on the site

We try to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and may contain errors or be out of date. Product descriptions, availability and market plans are not promises. Always read the label on the bottle.

Enquiries and job applications

The names Namma Spirits, Amari and La Santé, our logos, label designs, photographs, text and the design of this site belong to Namma Spirits or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, alter, or use our names, logos or content commercially without our written permission.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to promote alcohol to anyone underage;
• send spam, false information, or malicious files through our forms;
